Your privacy is very important to us. That is why we handle your personal data with care. In this document we explain how we do that. You can download this document as pdf here.
The personal data we process
Inversable processes personal data that you have provided to by using one of our products or services. Personal data is any data that tells something about you or that we can relate to you. The following personal data (“the data”) is processed by Inversable if you provide them to us via one of our products:
- Name and address.
- Contact details, such as telephone number, email address and your IP address.
- Other (personal) data that you actively provide, for example by filling in the contact form on our website or creating a profile in or performing an action on one of our applications.
- Data about your activities on the applications developed by Inversable.
Purpose of data collection
We use this information to provide our services to you, including the use of the applications developed by Inversable. We may, with your consent, also use your data to inform you about our services, products, current events and future developments. Finally, we may use the data to analyze your behavior on the website and in the app in order to improve functionality and to better tailor our range of products and services to your preferences.
How long we retain data
If you use an application developed by Inversable, Inversable will not store your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary for the execution of the agreement between you and Inversable.
After termination of the agreement and the termination of the account, your data will be deleted after 3 months. If you contact us via our website, by email or any other channel, we will keep the data for as long as necessary to maintain contact. If you do not wish to be contacted further, you can ask us to delete your data. See below how you can do that.
Sharing data with third parties
We have a data processing agreement with all our vendors and third party suppliers which might process your data on our behalf. Inversable will only provide the data to third parties after your explicit consent.
Inversable reserves the right to use all data from your account for, among other things, analysis, research and improvement of the services provided by Inversable. You give – to the extent necessary – Inversable permission to process this data and to provide it in anonymized form to third parties.
Cookies
Inversable may use technical, functional and analytical cookies that do not infringe your privacy. A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your computer, tablet or smartphone when you first visit a website. These cookies are necessary for the technical and optimal functioning of our website and promote your ease of use by, for example, remembering your preferred settings. You can opt out of cookies by setting your internet browser so that it no longer stores cookies. In addition, you can also delete all information previously stored via the settings of your browser.
View, modify or delete your data
Under Dutch law and European GDPR you have the right to view the data, to have it corrected or to have it deleted. You can send a request to this effect to info@inversable.com. You will receive a message from us within 4 weeks.
To ensure that your request is from valid origin, we may ask you to send a copy of your proof of identity. To protect your privacy, we advise Dutch citizens to do this via the KopieID app and easily anonymize your photo and blacken your citizen service number (BSN).
Security
Inversable has taken appropriate and adequate security measures to protect the data and our systems and applications. We monitor all our system and quickly apply new security updates on our systems.
